Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine or flat pasta
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, soft
- 1 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat butter & cream over medium-low heat just until butter is all melted and the mixture becomes hot
- Slowly add 1 cup of cheese until it has melted & sauce has thickened
- Divide among plates and add extra cheese
- Season with fresh black pepper
