Candied Yams
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cans yams
Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- cinnamon as desired
Instructions:
- Whip butter and sugar
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla
- Whip yams in a separate bowl, add to mixture
- Pour into 9 x 13 dish
- Topping: Mix all ingredients together, pour over yams in dish
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
