Chicken Sate

Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup minced shallots
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp tumeric

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
  • Marinate for at least four hours
  • Skewer and grill over medium heat
  • Serve with a peanut dipping sauce
