Chicken Sate
Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 cup minced shallots
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp tumeric
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
- Marinate for at least four hours
- Skewer and grill over medium heat
- Serve with a peanut dipping sauce
