Fettuccine al Limone

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated rind of four lemons
  • Fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano

Instructions

  • Butter and cream into skillet big enough to put pasta too
  • Heat to high, when cream boils, add lemon juice and stir
  • Add lemon peeling, stir until cream is reduced to half
  • Turn off heat
  • Boil pasta in salted water
  • When cooked, drain, transfer to pan with lemon sauce and heat 15-20 seconds
  • Put in a bowl and add cheese
