Fettuccine al Limone
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp grated rind of four lemons
- Fettuccine
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano
Instructions
- Butter and cream into skillet big enough to put pasta too
- Heat to high, when cream boils, add lemon juice and stir
- Add lemon peeling, stir until cream is reduced to half
- Turn off heat
- Boil pasta in salted water
- When cooked, drain, transfer to pan with lemon sauce and heat 15-20 seconds
- Put in a bowl and add cheese
