Instant pot shredded chicken para tamales

Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs of chicken thighs
- Salt
- Half an onion, sliced
- pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- Alternatively: Sophie's salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to instant pot with one cup of water or chicken stock
- Pressure cook on high for 10 min followed by 5 min release.
- Use two forks to debone and shred chicken. Reserve broth for green sauce. Can also save bones for bone broth.
