Jalapeno Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1/2 lb cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Mix except cheese
- Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan
- Sprinkle 3/4 cheese & cover with remaining cheese
- Bake for one hour at 350°
