Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 2/3 cup salad oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 jalapeno peppers
• 1 cup cream style corn
• 1/2 lb cheese, shredded

Instructions

• Mix except cheese
• Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan
• Sprinkle 3/4 cheese & cover with remaining cheese
• Bake for one hour at 350°
