White sauce for pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • pepper & salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Melt butter in small pot
  • Add flour and cook approx. two min until smooth
  • Add stock and stir until thick
  • Simmer two min
  • Add seasoning and cream, simmer for two more minutes
