White sauce for pasta
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 cup chicken stock
- pepper & salt
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in small pot
- Add flour and cook approx. two min until smooth
- Add stock and stir until thick
- Simmer two min
- Add seasoning and cream, simmer for two more minutes
